- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
- The item is not a sale or discounted item (final sale items are non-returnable)

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
